Foundation Stage Worker – 35 hours per week – term time only (39 weeks per year) – Fixed Term

Bampton C of E Primary School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Foundation Stage Worker to join our vibrant early years team. This role also includes leading our Morning Club Provision, providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children before the school day begins.

As a Foundation Stage Worker, you will support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and understand the importance of the EYFS in shaping young learners. You should be a reliable and organised team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s development. You will also be confident working independently when leading the Morning Club.

In return, we offer a welcoming and supportive school community with a strong Christian ethos. You will benefit from opportunities for professional development and training, a well-resourced learning environment, and the chance to work with enthusiastic and friendly children who love to learn.

To apply, please complete and return our non-teaching application form before 9am on the deadline.
