Foundation Stage Worker – 19.5 hours per week – term time only (39 weeks per year) – Fixed Term

Our dedicated Early Years team work together to give every child the best possible start in life.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Foundation Stage Worker to join our Nursery team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff to support children in their personal, social, and educational development.
Key Responsibilities:

Support high-quality teaching and learning in our Nursery and Reception classes.

Help create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment.

Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress, sharing insights with teachers and parents.

Promote children’s independence, confidence, and social skills through play and interaction.
About You:

Experience working with children in an early years setting (Nursery or Reception).

A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 in Early Years Education or equivalent).

Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

Warm, patient, and committed to inclusive practice.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
