Are you passionate about early years education and ready to make a real difference in the lives of young learners?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Foundation Stage Practitioner to join our supportive and dynamic team. This exciting role is primarily based in our Reception class, where you will play a key part in delivering high-quality early years provision. In addition, you will work with targeted groups of children across the school, supporting their learning and development to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support high-quality provision across the Early Years Foundation Stage, building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues, and contributing to the wider life of the school. We are looking for someone who is caring, patient, flexible and motivated, with a genuine love of working with young children and supporting their early development. In return, we offer a welcoming team, enthusiastic children, opportunities for professional development and the chance to be part of a school where every individual is valued. A full and relevant level 3 Early years qualification is required for this post.
All our pupils are supported by our teachers as individuals to grow to be inspiring changemakers in a caring, family and community-centred environment. We are committed to helping our children develop and evolve during their time with us and beyond. The school aims to serve its communities by providing an education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice. It encourages an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith and promotes Christian values through the experience it offers its pupils.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults, and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check, references, evidence of right to work in the UK, online checks, qualification check and medical screening.
