We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team.

Post One – Teaching Assistant (13HPW, 2 days)

We are looking for a positive and proactive TA to support learning within a classroom setting. The role will involve working alongside the class teacher to:
• Support pupils’ learning across the curriculum
• Deliver small group interventions
• Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils’ wellbeing and positive behaviour

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork skills, initiative and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.

Post Two – SEND Teaching Assistant (13HPW, 2 days)

We are also seeking a caring and patient SEND TA to support a pupil(s) with additional needs. The role will involve:
• Providing targeted support in line with EHCP outcomes (where applicable)
• Supporting learning, communication and emotional regulation
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo
• Promoting independence and inclusion

Experience of working with children with SEND is desirable, though not essential for the right candidate with a willingness to learn.
We are looking for candidates who have experience of working with primary-aged children, are calm, adaptable and nurturing, and are able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
