The learning pathways are a structured programme. The modules will begin with knowledge activation before independent reading and an application / action in your specific setting. There will be opportunities for coaching and review as part of the pathway before the opportunity to extend the learning into a setting specific application. Alumnis provides a programme of ‘professional pathways’. Staff choose the pathway relevant to their own professional needs or ambitions.
This includes:
• Staff members ‘off timetable’ to visit other schools.
• A mentor beyond their existing team or school.
• Cross-trust innovation task teams.
• Half termly professional learning sessions held for each professional pathway.
