Board Directors

Inviting applications to be a member of the Alumnis Multi Academy Trust Board of Directors: 

As we move into our next phase we are excited to invite applications for new members to join our Alumnis Board of Directors.  We would welcome applications from individuals who feel they are well-positioned to contribute to strategic discussions about the impact of cross-functional development and improvement plans, and who can critically assess progress in order to achieve our ambitions across all our schools.
This is an opportunity to establish our schools as anchor institutions in their communities and to enable all staff and children to aspire to our vision of being ‘Inspiring Changemakers’ within our schools of character.  We are looking mainly for people with skills in finance, audit, risk and compliance. You will also through working with other directors gain new skills and insights into education.

 Board members will be appointed for a fixed term of four years, they will be unpaid non-executives, able to claim expenses. The commitment for board members will be to prepare for and attend the termly virtual Board meetings of which there will be six a year.

In addition, to the attendance of the Board meetings, directors will be expected to join a sub-committee, which focuses on – Ethos Learning and Standards, Risk Audit and Compliance and Resource Pay and Performance.
